Returns & Exchange

All completed orders are final. We follow a strict no return policy. Only wrong size items are accepted for exchange. Kindly refer to our Size Guide page to avoid getting the wrong size as shipping fees and any other additional fees will be shouldered by the customer. 

Damaged or defective items can be returned and exchanged within 24 hours upon receiving your order. Kindly return the items exactly how it was packed (with tags / panty protectors etc.) Email us at hello@actiswim.com and kindly allow 24 hours for us to assist you with this concern. Upon validation for the damaged item, shipping fees or any additional fees will be shouldered by Actiswim.
