Where do we ship from? 

All items are coming from the Philippines. 

Do you ship internationally?

Actiswim & Co. is an international company. We are happy to ship internationally. Lead time for international orders are within 5 - 7 days only. We ship via DHL Express.

Who are your partnered Couriers / Shipping Delivery Service?

For domestic, we have partnered with LBC for all Metro Manila, Greater Metro Manila, Provincial orders.

For International, all orders will be shipped through DHL Express Lead time: 5 - 7 days.

What are your shipping methods? 

1. Metro Manila, Greater Metro Manila & Provincial 

A fixed rate of Php 200 will be added upon check out. 

All orders lead time is within 5 - 14 days. 

4. International

All customers located in Asia region, a fixed shipping rate of Php 1,000 (20 USD) will be added upon check out. 

All customers located in Australia, Europe, Africa, South & North America, a fixed shipping rate of Php 2,050 (40 USD) will be added upon check out. 

Important Note: other fees that may be charged by your country, such as duty taxes, warehouse fees etc will be shouldered by the customer. 

Do you offer Same Day Delivery? 

This shipment method is only available for all Metro Manila orders. Express Shipping or Same Day Delivery via Local Motorcycle Couriers: Grab express / Lalamove.

Toggle same day shipping upon check out if you wish to do this method, a fixed rate of Php 200.00 will be added upon check out.
