Isla Siargao Doodle Art Contest

Calling creative young artists from Siargao! 

Actiswim & Co. is launching Siargao Doodle Contest—a celebration of creativity, culture, and community rooted in Siargao Island.

We will be selecting participants by pairs, with at least 8 pairs chosen to compete.

CONTEST DETAILS

  • Open to: Youth aged 14 - 22 years old (younger is welcome with a proven 
    • Younger participants are welcome but must present proof of talent or a strong recommendation from a teacher, mentor or community leader.
  • Selection: By pairs (duos). Minimum 8 pairs will be invited to the contest proper
  • Format: On-the-spot doodle contest contest (provided boards & materials; BYO is allowed) 
  • Theme:  "Essence & Culture of Siargao Island" 
  • Judging: Panel of artists, community leaders and cultural advocates 

GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS

  • No technical skills required—this is about creativity, not perfection.
  • Use simple, bold doodle style that tells a story
  • Designs should reflect Siargao's culture, community, and natural beauty. 
  • Keep in mind the Actiswim & Co. brand Aesthetic: clean, stylish, nature & culturally inspired. 
  • Artwork should be in black line art only

📆 Registration closes November 30. 

📣Selected student artists will be announced on December 3 to allow time for preparation before the on-the-spot doodle contest. 

 🎨 Slots are limited—early registration is encouraged! 

The winning artwork will be digitalized and proudly printed on the first Actiswim's official Siargao Tote Bag, turning local creativity into a souvenir carried by both locals and tourists around the world. Prizes, judges, and event details to follow!
